From the exit 4 of Chungmuro station, go straight about 100M, pass by Astoria Hotel, and you will see the
Jungbu Regional National Tax Office. Take a side road of the Tax Office building as long as about 100M,
then you will see the National Emergency Management on your right side. You follow the left road and meet
the Youth Hostel building. Go into the Second floor of the building.
From MyeongDong station of Line 4
From the exit 10 of Meongdong station, go to Outback Stake House near Sejong Hotel, to Domino Pizza, and
in the direction of Car Repair Center and go over a crosswalk. When you walk about 30M toward Chungmuro
station(you will see Kiswell building), you see the Jungbu Regional National Tax Office. Take a side road of
the Tax Office building as long as about 100M, then you will see National Emergency Management on right
side. You follow the left road and meet the Youth Hostel building. Go into the second floor of the building.
